After the steady drip-drip-drip of split rumors for the past few months, Jessica Biel finally got Justin Timberlake to show up for a photo-op proving that they’re still together. The “happy” couple was “caught” walking out of Whole Foods on the fourth of July. Gee, they look thrilled, don’t they? It looks like they had some kind of major argument over the arugula. Am I being too judgy? Maybe Jess really didn’t expect to be photographed in that… what is it? A skort? That’s unfortunate. Before they were photographed on several different occasions over the weekend, Life and Style did a run down on all of the time they’ve been spending apart. They actually make a pretty good case for a couple at odds:
After Justin Timberlake was allegedly caught canoodling with a dark-haired woman at an NYC clun on June 15… Jessica Biel hit a low-key bash at her agent’s home.
“Jessica didn’t get drunk, didn’t stay until the end - but Justin definitely wasn’t with her.”
Days later, Jessica and a gal pal headed to Napa Valley for a three-day spa retreat. The girls shared one of the rustic $1000 a night cottages and indulged in several luxurious beauty treatments at the Bathhouse spa.
“She was very quiet and just relaxing,” says a witness.
On June 27, Jess was back in LA and walking her dog - alone. Meanwhile, Justin has been traveling the globe - he flew solo in NYC, Paris and England. He sang at Elton john’s 11th-annual White Tie and Tiara ball in Windsor, and two days later he was spotted with a female friend at Wimbledon.
Justin and Jessica hadn’t been photographed together since May 31. Says an insider, “I think they may be over.”

Add this to last week’s rumors in Gatecrasher that JT’s friends hate Jessica, and I think there’s something there. I’m not saying they’re breaking up right this minute, just that they’re having problems. Real problems, stuff that a couple of paparazzi photos can’t cure. Maybe I’m wrong, and JT will end up settling down with Jessica. But I doubt it. The look on his face seems to be pure “I’m over it” annoyance. Jessica seems pretty “over it” too. Maybe we’ll get lucky and she’ll surprise us all and dump him!
